Abstract :
Cities should give a priority to carbon zero energy independence in setting the goal of smart services. A long-term energy supply and management plan needs to be developed by simulating energy production and consumption at the city level. City-level renewable energy supply and smart grid planning will help to shed light on how to achieve economic sustainability of new energy.
